Eligible businesses will be involved in site preparation, drilling wells, servicing existing wells (pulling, doing maintenance on and reinstalling submergible pumps) and well abandonment work (closing wells that are no longer used).
Accounts can range from individually owned operations with one drilling rig to corporations that run multiple rigs.
